Accounts and contributions

Registration stores your username, email address and account information in the WordPress database. We use these details to provide login, your contribution history and editorial communication. Your submitted writing, PDF files, language, category, review status and editorial notes are also saved.

Registration is immediate. Writing, books, proposed changes and comments require editorial approval before publication. Pending PDFs are restricted to their submitter and authorised reviewers. Approved writing, author display names, comments and e-book PDFs are public. Visitors can download approved books; copies they download cannot be recalled from their devices. Do not include private addresses, identity documents or other sensitive information in submissions.

Comments, cookies and technical data

WordPress stores comments and may record the commenter’s IP address and browser information for moderation and spam detection. Login cookies keep you signed in; a temporary cookie tests whether your browser accepts cookies. Browser settings allow you to clear or block cookies, but blocking them may prevent login.

The hosting and security services may process IP addresses, request logs and browser information to deliver and protect the website. The site uses WordPress on Hostinger hosting. Page styling uses Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google. Where YouTube videos or other external content are embedded, those providers can receive technical data and apply their own cookies and privacy policies. External links are governed by the destination’s policies.

Access, retention and requests

Authorised administrators and reviewers can access account details and submissions as needed to operate the service. Hosting and email services process data needed to run the site and send account or editorial messages. Account records and contributions remain stored unless removed; an automatic deletion schedule has not been configured. Backups and security logs may retain copies according to the hosting service’s settings.

For questions, correction, an account-data export, or a deletion request, contact the editorial team through the Contact page. Include your username and contact us from your registered email address so ownership can be checked. Requests are reviewed individually, including published-content attribution, security records and backup limitations.

Contribution guidelines

Submit work you created or have permission to share. Credit quoted or translated material and identify AI-assisted writing. Use the correct language, category and content type. Upload readable PDFs under 20 MB without password protection or private personal information. Respect other writers: plagiarism, impersonation, abuse and unlawful material are not accepted. Editorial approval is required for publication and later changes; a registered account does not guarantee publication.

Starter pieces labelled “Sample” are newly created, AI-assisted demonstration content. They are not presented as previously published writing by Anwar Kamal. This notice will be updated when the site’s services or data practices change.
